Add `NativeAccount` and `ActiveAccount` trait with methods calling the tx kernel functions from the corresponding modules.
Fix expects in tests.
struct in scripts.
#802 is resolved.
methods with `#[inline]`. Clean up and fix comments.
remove `Copy` and `Clone`.
