The v2rayN update does not update xray and sing-box to the versions specified in the release 7.15.4

https://github.com/2dust/v2rayN/releases/tag/7.15.4 states that xray has been updated to v25.10.15 and sing-box to v1.12.10, but I have different versions. Am I correct in understanding that updating v2rayN does not automatically change the versions for xray and sing-box?
