Any chance for Windows Terminal support?

I wanted to use the plugin but it doesn't seem like it supports Windows Terminal. I understand it's probably because of the ioctl utility not being a thing on Windows. Windows Terminal has recently implemented support for Sixel so is this a big feature request? I have a feeling it is...
