read.vcf in pegas package

The vcf file produced by writeVCF is only read correctly by the read.vcf function in [pegas ](https://rdrr.io/cran/pegas/) if it is unix-formatted. If running in windows, convert to unix format before using pegas. (Not sure if this is a pegas or KGD issue).
