clean up tool pages

• remove unused "Documented Examples" count from Overview panel
• remove unused "Usage in the Movement" section
• check that all info box tabs populate correctly. e.g., the "Pricing" tab on the ODK Central page is showing a blurb about RedRose (is this an issue with the imported data, or with the codebase?)
• document the list of properties/fields we need to populate for each tool and any limitations regarding the text uploaded (e.g. max number of characters, ability to format or add links, etc.)
