[Feature] Group Multiple Degrees/Certificates under same issuer

Is there an existing issue for this feature?

• Yes, I have searched the existing issues and it doesn't exist.

Feature Description

Allow the option to group multiple degrees or certificates from the same issuer. ie. here is my education mocked up in word, vs how it displays in reactive. I like the space saving aspect of grouping them together but can't figure out how to make the gui do it in a legible way.
