[Suggestion] Add the windowClick crash method

Describe the feature

This Paper commit fixed a server crash bug: when client sent the windowClick packet's button<0. The server will lag or crash. It even can used on Folia server. Based on time, it has not even been fixed on paper 1.20.1 :)
