API key error

hello im new to this, im getting the following error, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling to GPT3.5 To see if it would fix the error, do i need to setup billing for an api key?

i need to setup billing for an api key?

Yes, you need to configure. Try setting up an account and adding your credit or debit card. Afterwards, generate a new API key if your old API key was generated before upgrading to the paid plan.
