Static png file appears to be missing

I am getting the following error when running the Appraise server:

Not Found: /service/appraise/static/EvalView/css/images/ui-bg_glass_75_e6e6e6_1x400.png

I did collect static files correctly beforehand, since all other static files are found.

Does anyone know what the problem could be, or if this file is indeed missing?

If you switch to the develop branch, the jQuery UI is then hosted at CDN and all files should be automatically accessible from there.
