Setup in-game commands for ArchitectSMP links

See how to enable the following commands so people can use them in-game:
/website should give https://architectsmp.com (can we see about changing the DNS here to include www.? Because when I do use www. it says it can't resolve and I feel like it ought to?)
/twitch should give https://www.twitch.tv/architectsmp
/youtube should give https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQbwhMPaSMkazDOZa_A0x0g
/github should give https://github.com/ArchitectSMP
/reddit should give https://reddit.com/r/ArchitectSMP
/donate should give https://donate.architectsmp.com

We need to see about what command to use for the dynmap link as /dynmap is already being used by the plugin itself and we don't want to cause conflicts

Won't that be spam if you get that in-game ? XD @ChipWolf

We can configure a redirect from www. to the naked domain, however, we shouldn't use www. as the primary address.
