copy title of checkbox/radio to the wrapper

it would be great if the title attribute of a checkbox or radio would be copied to the wrapper if there is one.

Would you go into more about why you want the title copied? Is it for the hover text or for something else?

sorry I was missing the reason why.
Hover text would be the primary reason. Also if you use a tooltip lib the simplest way to provide it with content would be the title attribute.

OK. I am changing how those elements get wrapped in the next version. I
will make sure the tooltip works and then close this bug.
