Highlight correct answers in multiple choice

Hey!

When taking practice tests, it would be useful to highlight the correct anwsers in multiple-choice. Could be a feature that can be enabled with a checkbox in settings?

A crude example of the post-quiz submission would be:

From what I take, I can't check for a value right now on the post-quiz screen and apply a css style to highlight the right/wrong answer.

We're going to be adding new quiz and question blocks shortly. I'm not sure we'd want to surface background color of the right answer as a setting, but at the least we can add proper CSS classes for distinguishing between right and wrong answers. I can also envision us improving the UI on the front end in future by using something like checkmarks and Xs.
