Limited Members #69
Description
We should create a limited member group by default for activated users.
Limited members are the same as regular members except:
- They cannot create profile posts.
- They cannot create 1-1 or group conversations (except ones addressed to admins?).
- They cannot upload files.
- They cannot embed external media.
- They are subject to harsher rate-limits.
- They may be subject to spam detection algorithms and have those specific posts hidden for moderator approval.
Possible requirements to graduate to full membership:
- 3 to 10 posts.
- 3 to 8 hours registered on the site.
- An avatar.
