"Download a template for automation" link fails to display ARM template, shows error message and also breaks Deployment Details Blade for Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard) and Integration Account

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Go to the Canary portal.
2. Search for the Logic apps(consumption & Standard)/ Integration account in the marketplace.
3. Click the Create button.
4. Fill in all the required fields.
5. Click on Review +Create button
6. Click on Download a template for automation link

Expected: After clicking the Download a template for automation link at the bottom of the Review + Create tab, the ARM template should be displayed. When clicking on Review + create to create Logic apps consumption, Logic apps standard and Integration account, the Deployment Details Blade should be displayed.

Actual: When clicking the Download a template for automation link at the bottom of the Review + Create tab, the ARM template does not appear. Instead, the page displays "Error displaying your content." This issue is seen for Logic apps consumption, Logic apps standard and Integration account. When clicking on Review + create to create Logic apps consumption, Logic apps standard and Integration account, the Deployment Details Blade is also broken. But can see deployment of app is successful notification.
