Standard Logic App connectors missing after migration to new UI

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Expected Behavior:
connectors should show clearly in the portal
logic app runs should show completed runs

What actually happens:
connectors seem faded out at times, at other times they disappear

Steps to reproduce:
this was working fine on the former user experience. when cx upgraded to new UI this began to occur a few days later.
