At the moment OWASP 3.2 is suggested to be the best option in PSRules, except the Default rule set 2.1 sound like a more complete ruleset because it has OWASP 3.3.2 and additional rules (source: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/web-application-firewall/ag/application-gateway-crs-rulegroups-rules?tabs=drs21%2Cowasp32#default-rule-set-21)

So is it possible that the following ruleset also can be supported?
ruleSetType: Microsoft_DefaultRuleSet
ruleSetVersion: 2.1

@miichel92 Thanks for logging an issue. Agreed, the rule should be updated to use DRS 2.1 instead of CRS (OWASP) and bumped to rule set 2025_12 as CRS is currently marked as legacy.
