sendificator should work with pellets, rockets and futballs

laser sendificator sendifi when a input happens.
for these an input only turns the sendificator on; for these when the item breaks/explodes thats when it gets sendified.
pellets hitting a catcher do not count. also would be nice to see rocket these have a slightly different design.

Might want to take a look at #2951 where we discussed making pellets turn it into an Appearifier, which teleports objects it hits to the platform instead of the other way around
