Feature Request: `ftINIT` reconstruction algorithm

Hello, thank you for the great work you do and naming COMO in your most recent publication as a use-case for Troppo (I am one of the first authors) :)

I was wondering if it would be possible to add the ftINIT reconstruction algorithm from the RAVEN toolbox for use with single-cell data, as the only implementation is currently in MATLAB.
