large white space when adding custom #| fig-height:

Hi,
I came across an issue. I have a plot, when, if I don't change the size settings, looks like this:

So I want to extend it to have it visible, but then I get this massive white empty space between the figure caption and the rest of the plot:

Any ideas how to fix that?
