What does one have to do to view documentation for this package? Would it be possible to generate documentation and provide a link to it from here?

Hi Robert,

Thank you for your interest. A preliminary fixed-point documentation exists. I propose we build the docs and make a PDF available here. This will unfortunately have to wait until early April because of other time constraints.
