Description

Use YT-DLP to create a standalone service, that downloads every video from every course that is not yet available self-hosted.
Videos have to be saved exactly like existing self-hosted videos are saved.
The service has to run in the background and continue running, for the time, when a new video is included in a course via youtube.

This Feature Request is NOT meant to change anything for the users. Users should view the Youtube-Videos just like before. This is just the service for downloading them for further use. Actually using these downloaded videos will be multiple separate enhancements.

This feature is essential, since it will provide us with more possibilities like:
Transcribing the videos automatically
Translating into other languages
making videos downloadable for users etc.
Feature Requests on those matters will be created after this ticket has been solved, since it offers us much more possbilities later on.
