Improv. 19: Load Session button.

The Load Session button was disabled by EG when he could not solve the following issue:
Issue:
Load Session only works the first time you do it.

Steps that reproduce the error:

1. Save a session
2. Exit page, reload page and reload the saved session at step 4.
3. Delete the session
4. Try to reload the saved session again or try to load a different session
   What you expect to see:
   Session to load as normal (Zoom to country used for search range, reference site marked with red marker, similarity map)

What you see instead:
Session does not load

Required action:

1. Identify if the coding for the Load Params button still exists
2. Solve the above issues
3. Re-enable the Load Params button
   Benefits:
   Users can load previous sessions.
   May also be useful when giving tutorials to allow users to load pre-made sessions
