Test submission not completing Genbank upload

[DOH-KEW4303]

I just pulled the latest updates and I am able to run the test command in AWS with no errors!:
/home/ubuntu/nextflow-v24.10.0 run main.nf -profile test,docker --submission_config /data/ncbi_subs/submission_config.yaml --species virus
However, I can see that Genbank folders were created in my NCBI FTP directory but they are empty. the Biosample and SRA folders contain submission reports and fastq's respectively. Should I expect to see assembly files in the Genbank folder for this test?
