Version 3.06 wont load on

I cant get version 3.06 to load on my Windows 10 pc. is there anything I need to change from version 3.05 to 3.06. It runs in the taskbar but won't actually start.

So good news is, I figured out that it was the Aura_SDK.dll that was stopping it from loading, but I don't understand why. What are the setting supposed to be added to be able to use it and I shouldn't need to add it to the system path for the aura to sync correctly?
