[Feature Request] Enable Chat Bubbles for /em Custom Emotes

Hello, thank you for your current work in making official chat bubbles more usable.
Currently, the lack of chat bubble option for /em custom emotes is one feature that seems inexplicably missing from the official implementation, and it is sorely missed from the original plugin. It is particularly problematic for roleplayers, where entire paragraphs often begin with a custom emote, and therefore are missed entirely by the chat bubbles. Due to this, about half of public roleplay is missed, making the chat bubbles an unreliable option.
