As a Volunteer, I'd like to be pinged via the @volunteer role once every 2 weeks with a list of potential tasks I can pick up and contribute to.
This message should look up issues across all our GitHub projects including "development", "publications", and any more we add.
We will know that issues are volunteer accessible via a name used across all our projects.
