Issue with UIBarButtonItems / UIButtons on UINavigationBar

• Tooltips are not creatable for UIBarButtonItems
• Underlying UIButtons for UIBarButtonItems don't work with ProducTour
  • Specifically, the mechanism that attaches a view to a bubble
