Polygon raster overlay not working in v0.25.0

Reported on the forum:

When using Omniverse 106.5 with Cesium v0.25.0, the cartographic polygon and polygon raster overlay may display incorrectly like left side pic,

When using Omniverse 105 with Cesium v0.24.0, the cartographic polygon and polygon raster overlay may display correctly like right side pic:
