Xbox App Updates

Hello.

I noticed the Xbox App tends to update all games in the background regardless of the settings I choose in its Installation settings.

Things i've tried:

• Disabled auto updates in the Xbox app and in Microsoft Store.
• Ended all Xbox related tasks in the Task Manager.
• Undid all tweaks done by Winutility. Probably clueless and misinformed from me, but I thought maybe i'm running into a double negative situation where two sources are disabling something causing it to end up enabled.

In spite of all that, i'd still sometimes open the Xbox app to find it updated everything in the background. It's definitely not a huge issue to most users, but I thought I should report this behavior in case it ends up being worthy of investigation.
