Add support to change the RecipeWidget by CraftTweaker

[SST-03]

I want to change what recipes show in JEI, but I found that I couldn't do it by using CraftTweaker/KubeJS. But in 1.18.2, I can do it by using KubeJS.(RecipeUIEvent.java in Low-Drag-MC/Multiblocked)

Maybe need to change RecipeMap.java, RecipeWidget.java and FuelWidget.java to add support.
