Error Processing Tick Event

I'm unable to use this script because IVSDK keeps reading Matrix error unable to load, is there requirements for a later version of Clonks Library/IVSDK? The requirements page for this mod reads just IVSDK but maybe there is something else im missing causing this error?

btw im running 3.5.1 FF on 1.0.8.0 if that's relevant
