[compatibility] tinkers lumberaxe

Tinker's Construct lumberaxe is capable of chopping down entire trees up to a distance. Can you add something that will allow a tree to be first acted upon by the lumberaxe or some other tool and then act upon what is left over and let that fall to the ground?

I can't really think of a good generic way to do that.

I'm thinking let the tree fall and as soon as the blocks hit the ground they "pop" (turn into entities). making it so that when a lumberaxe is used it can easily just be picked up. and using a normal axe you still need to mine the blocks.
