[Terminal I/O] Use sarge python module for subprocess communications

As @2bndy5 subggested, [Sarge](https://sarge.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html) should be used mainly due to windows compatibility. See [this](https://sarge.readthedocs.io/en/latest/overview.html#why-not-just-use-subprocess) for why sarge should be used over the built-in subprocess module.
