Analysis of publicly available GEO datasets with missing Annotation file

Hello, I am trying to analyze data from GEO datasets. All of the ones I am trying to analyze only contain the dcc files, but there does not seem to have any xlsx file with annotations included. How can one reconstruct an annotation file from these dcc files ? Thanks
