Add link to diveboard web on dive details screen

So user will be able to enter missing dive site or shop. Web version if more feature reach compared to mobile so it will be great to allow user to navigate to it quickly. Think also how to resolve authentication issue. In best case user should be authenticated automatically when navigating to dive details Web. If not then it should be made clear that user cannot edit dive because s(h)e is not authenticated.
