Support dive site lookup without GSF

Currently dive site map lookup doesn't work without Google Play Services installed. It would be great if this could work with OSM based maps on devices that don't have this similar to what Element messenger does.

This applies to devices running LineageOS, Huawei devices and anything else not running Android without Google Play Services.

To reproduce. Use any device not running Google Play Services (or emulate with LineageOS image on Waydroid) and add a new dive. When you click to add the spot location you'll get the error above.
