Dashboard feature #1
Description

It should show stats if the selected handler / type of action is known by the app (eos / transfer), currencies following the abi structure of a native currency, etc.

Default handler will be eos / eosio and action type will be transfer. In the future in setting users will be able to choose his default view.

In the right corner user should be able to switch to different account handlers and actions for proper filtering.

Rows in the dashboard format will be also determinated by the type of handler & action.
