Please Add "email" Extension (Syntax Highlighting for .eml files)

This extension has not been updated recently, however the '.eml' standard does not change as it is a simple text format, and is still used ubiquitously today. It would be greatly appreciated if this can be added.

@wryMitts Is this extension published on Open VSX, a search didn't turn up. Assuming it's not, you should first reach out to the author and ask that they publish here. If you don't get a response, you can submit a PR to have it added to extensions.json.
