[BUG] User blocking by the plugin

Describe the bug
If a user enters the wrong password too many times, their IP gets blocked, since any nickname will result in an error, and commands like /forceunreg don't help resolve the situation.

We need a command to solve this problem.

Try /forceunregister, /forcelogin, /forceregister, and see if these commands help.

It didn’t help. (The player who needed help stopped playing, but now the problem has come back with a new player, and again nothing helps.)
