I am using cascade with GPT-5.2 Low Reasoning, and out of nowhere I get this error:
Unknown: Model provider is currently unavailable (error ID: 67f03a54fb0c485cb9e1f79d8e28a407)

I don't know what causes it, but any text triggers this error and I have to start a new chat. I don't know if it's due to the context used.
