Pass map extent when "Opening on OpenStreetMap"

When opening an element on OpenStreetMap, it would be helpful to keep the current map location and zoom in the OpenStreetMap page. This is especially valuable for relations that span a large area or length.

For example:

1. Focus on the North East corner of relation 282072
   
2. Click on "Open relation on OpenStreetMap".
3. The OpenStreetMap is focused on the entire relation.
   

I suggest that "Open relation on OpenStreetMap" links will contain the current map extent of FacilMap.

In the above example, FacilMap address bar shows the current map location and zoom as 18/-0.97066/-80.82401. In that case, "Open relation on OpenStreetMap" would use https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/282072#map=18/-0.97066/-80.82401

This sounds reasonable. As a workaround in the meantime, you can open the current map view on OpenStreetMap using the “Map style” menu, although it will not have the relation open.

In fact, the use case that brought this request was to open my preferred OSM editor at that location with the relation already selected. If you feel like adding an "Edit with OpenStreetMap' button, this can be done using
