SMTPMailer: perfect logging of SMTP transaction in case of errors #22
Description
In case of SMTP problems SMTPMailer should provide the caller with as much data as possible to diagnose the issue:
- automatically retain complete log of SMTP transaction
- ability to easily identify the failed command
