Does it work on Telegram channels divided in topic?

Hello there, sorry for my terrible english! I hope you can understand me and help me with my issue.
I used for a long time Twitch Monitor on my telegram group but then I turned my group in a "forum type", with all the topics etc... and the bot always sent the alert in the "Welcome" topic.
Is there a way to make the bot sent the alerts in a specific topic?
