Provide a dashboard of audit progress

Show a graphical summary of audit progress, across multiple contests and counties.

E.g.

big grid in the center
  counties on the vertical axis, perhaps alphabetically
  contests on the horizontal axis, by margin, in categories
    mandatory on the left, by margin
    opportunistic
    uncontested

county labels on the left, marked by status: not started, auditing, done
  color coded by remaining effort for mandatory contests
  click to limit display to contests relevant to the county

contest labels on the top, marked by status: not started, auditing, done
  color coded by remaining effort

hover on grid shows zoomed in picture, perhaps just horizontally? landing points for clicks?
  click on grid point pops up more info for auditing that contest in that county:
      progress, plannedSamples, numSamples, discrepancy info, etc.
