Don't display Candidate ID, External ID, Type etc.

The Audit ballot form shows information which auditors won't know or typically don't care about, like Candidate ID, External ID and type. Unless I'm ignoring some unusual case, I think they just clutter the form.
The same goes for the Contest ID and External ID for the contest.
There are probably displays on which such things are useful, but not the central Audit ballot form.
And the 'Ballot ID' should include the Tabulator number, batch id and record id, perhaps concatenated like "3-800-47"
