Nutcase's Hammer Time is currently bugged, confusing and super OP.
If used on a Scavenger that will do a full move, it will kill it just like that.
The "pinning" damage bonus should only do 10 slash damage if moving.
That's like only if it starts moving, the next turn only, debuff lasts 1 turn.
And, also if the unit gets moved by some other unit or ability until its turn.
So basically this is considered a debuff that lasts for a turn, even if delayed.
