Fix Request: I'd love to see Hexxat's Journal Bug be fixed with this fixpack

Hexxat's Request doesn't trigger correctly in the journal. This bug has been around for ages, if you would fix it, that would be awesome!

There are about 25 separate journal entries for this; I'll need some specifics about which journal entries and what's actually wrong.

There seems to be general/multiple issues with her quest and the journal entries.
