change UI from 5G(recommended) to 5G

In the UI for selecting network type for SIM there is 5G(recommended) rather than 5G. Since LTE only and 5G or LTE only is better the text recommended should be removed.

There should be a way for people to see what the default value is. An idea would be to change it from "5G (recommended)" to "5G (default)".

I am not sure I fully understand this toggle, but from my understanding what about something like 5G (with LTE fallback)

I could also set "LTE (default)" but I believe it's not required since current GrapheneOS-supported devices all have 5G.

Note since we don't currently update the translations, changing strings like this has limited value without making it US English only by renaming it.
