Couple bugs

1. Able to enter areas such as fishing guild without requirements

2. Shark fishing spots in fishing guild not working

3. Cooking range not working in following areas:
   Varrock (including those nearby such as near lumber yard, cooking guild, champion guild)
   Catherby
   port phasmatys
   edgeville
   falador

• got too lazy to check the rest

4. Leveling up cancels action

5. No action occurs when attemping to pour water in drain during demon slayer quest

6. Filter quests selection resets when teleporting (e.g when teleporting hide completed quests becomes
   unchecked and the message scroll bar goes to the top)

4. This depends on the action, some skills it'll resume (mining, wc, fishing) and others it'll cancel (cooking, fletching)

6. Yeah I've noticed it resetting, I can't replicate with a teleport but I do notice it happens. I'll keep an eye out for a fix Quest filters reset randomly #861
