Crash on Switch when using the "Change Age" cheat under one circumstance.

The game (7.1.0) crashes consistently on Switch when trying to use the "Change Age" option under the "Cheats" menu directly after beating the Shadow Temple boss (potentially any adult dungeon boss?) as adult Link. Changing scene at least once after teleporting back from the boss seems to prevent the issue from happening.

Hi! are you trying to use this during any cutscene or is it just at any point after the boss has been defeated until going into the blue warp/teleporting away.

Also if you have any log files from the crash it would be great if you could post them here!

It was after using the blue circle to warp out of the boss room. If I used the change age cheat at any time while still in the graveyard after that, and before changing rooms at least once, the game would crash.

Had a go at this one, not sure exactly what can be done as a solution but it looks like the respawn parameters get set to invalid values for the transition method this cheat uses. The clear one to me is the respawn flag, however, changing this leads to a crash occuring later on. Not entirely satisfied with this being the explanation as some weird values pop up after play init is called which im not totally sure on

I believe we just need to make a mapping of invalid entrances to "close enough" entrances for the cheat/song of time age change. Entrances usually have 4 setup values (child day, child night, adult day, adult night). Some however do not have values for both ages, most often entrances to/from cutscenes.

For example adult boss bluewarps in rando are redirected to use the warp song entrance for child.

Alright yea makes sense 👍🏼 what entrances are used for child dungeons? (or is there a mapping i can find in randomizer_entrance somewhere?)
